Custom Clauses
- Limited Use License: The Licensee (client) is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Recruitment Management System on their servers solely for the purpose of managing recruitment processes, including job posting, applicant tracking, and hiring workflows.
- Retention of Rights: The Developer retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, over the Software. This Agreement does not grant ownership of the Software to the Licensee.
- Modifications and Derivative Works:
- The Licensee may modify the Software for internal use only.
- Distribution or sublicensing of modified or derivative works is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Developer.
- Attribution: The original copyright notice and this license must appear in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
