Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Recruitment Management System ("the Software") provided by Skymouse IT-Consult. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to comply with these Terms.

User Obligations

• The Software is to be used solely for managing recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, and hiring workflows.
• Users must not misuse the Software, including but not limited to unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or using the Software for illegal purposes.

Ownership and Data Rights

• Skymouse retains ownership of the Software and all related intellectual property.
• All data entered into the Software belongs exclusively to the client running the application. Skymouse does not claim any ownership of client data.

Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Skymouse is not responsible for data loss, system downtime, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the Software.

Termination

Skymouse reserves the right to terminate access to the Software if the Terms are violated or the Software is misused.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Botswana.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Skymouse collects, uses, and protects information within the Recruitment Management System.

Data Collection

• We collect personal data entered into the Software by the client, such as candidate names, email addresses, resumes, and other recruitment-related data.
• We may collect system usage data (e.g., IP addresses) for security and performance monitoring.

Data Ownership

• All data entered into the Recruitment Management System belongs to the client running the application. Skymouse acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of the data.
• Clients are responsible for managing and protecting their data within the Software.

Data Usage

Skymouse uses system data only to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance. Client data is not accessed or used for any other purpose without explicit permission.

Data Protection

• We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access.
• Clients are encouraged to maintain strong user account security practices to prevent unauthorized access.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or system notifications.
